Claremont - Western Australia

Claremont's luxury boutique

Nestled in the heart of Claremont, Western Australia, CULTSTATUS stands as a beacon of high-end fashion and elegance. This designer boutique is a haven for connoisseurs of luxury handbags, footwear, and accessories. It prides itself on offering a meticulously curated collection, featuring creations from renowned global designers and emerging talents alike. With two distinguished boutiques in Western Australia, CULTSTATUS's latest gem sparkles in Claremont.
Set within a space that once housed another retail venture, Mata Design undertook the task of transforming it into a modern and contemporary backdrop for CULTSTATUS's esteemed collection of high-end designer goods. The existing lofty ceilings and open-plan layout provided a canvas of spaciousness. Clean lines, combined with tastefully refined details, lent an air of sophistication that resonates with the luxury brands showcased within. The boutique's main walls proudly display counters and shelves, strategically designed to maximize the space while enhancing the sense of openness.

Illuminating Excellence

The boutique's high ceilings contribute to an airy and spacious interior, although natural light only graces the space in the late afternoon due to the building's orientation. To counter this, a combination of direct and ambient lighting was artfully employed, ensuring a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Track lighting was skillfully integrated to provide targeted illumination, accentuating the showcased products. Adjustable track luminaires, featuring various beam angles, were installed on a 4-meter-high ceiling in a rectangular layout through the store's center and in shorter stretches across the window displays. This solution, marked by its functionality and flexibility, allows for easy repositioning of luminaires to accommodate changes in product displays or store design updates.

All fixtures are elegantly finished in white to harmonize with the boutique's interior, while a 3000K color temperature envelops most of the space, exuding a welcoming and inviting ambiance.
