Dim to Warm technology allows control of colour temperature through the regulation of the luminous intensity, providing smooth variations of warm light tones, from 2700K to 1800K.
As the luminous intensity of the light source goes down, the light becomes warmer, mimicking the natural warmth of an incandescent lamp, although with the low power consumption and better performance of LED.
The colour rendering remains constant, independent from the level of dimming.
Many products of ARIA’s collection are provided with the Dim to Warm technology, allowing a wider choice in terms of project and design uniformity. It will be available soon for luminaires with small beam lenses, to get dramatic light effects in hospitality and residential spaces.
Dim to Warm requires the use of 1-10V or DALI control systems.
